Glass poured to look like ice, not cut to look like a crystal. Each panel is textured across its whole face — ridged, pitted, frozen mid-drip — then hung in overlapping tiers on a gold frame. Nothing here is faceted or polished. The surface is deliberately raw, and that is what makes the light behave the way it does.
A cut-crystal chandelier splits light into sharp points. Textured ice glass does the opposite: it scatters light across every irregularity in the surface, so the whole fixture glows from within and throws soft, broken reflections rather than hard sparkle. Lit, the panels look genuinely molten.

Hanging it
The chain is short at 11.8 inches, so both sizes hang close to the ceiling as supplied — useful in rooms with eight-foot ceilings, and the reason the large version works where a long-drop chandelier would not. Over a dining table, the 21.7" suits tables from about 54 inches wide, with the bottom of the glass 30 to 34 inches above the tabletop; you will likely want a longer chain for that, which we can supply on request. The mini is a supporting fixture: hang two or three in a row 24 to 30 inches apart, or one alone where a small point of texture is enough.

How many bulbs does it take?
The 7.9" mini takes one bulb. The 21.7" chandelier takes six. Bulbs are not included in either.
What bulb base does it use?
E14 or E12 — small screw bases, not the standard E26 or E27 used in most North American fixtures. In the United States, E12 candelabra bulbs are the easy ones to find. Check the base before ordering bulbs.
What is the difference between the Clear and the Amber finish?
Clear glass looks almost colorless when the fixture is off and gives warm white light when lit. Amber glass is deep honey-colored even in daylight and casts distinctly golden light. Both use the same gold-finished frame.
Is the glass cut crystal?
No. It is textured "ice" glass, with a rough, molten surface rather than polished facets. It scatters light softly across the whole panel instead of throwing sharp points of sparkle the way cut crystal does. Because the texture is formed rather than machined, the pattern varies slightly between panels.
How long is the chain?
30 cm / 11.8 inches as supplied, so the fixture hangs close to the ceiling. The chain length can be changed to suit your room — contact us before ordering and tell us your ceiling height and desired drop.
Is it dimmable?
The fixture runs on a common wall switch and has no built-in dimming, so it depends on the bulbs. Dimmable LED or filament bulbs on a compatible wall dimmer will dim — well worth doing here, since low light is when textured glass looks best.
How do I clean textured glass?
Dust with a dry soft brush, working into the ridges, and wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. The texture holds dust more than smooth glass does, so a brush works better than a cloth alone.
Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. It is rated for indoor use only and is not damp- or wet-rated.
Will it work outside the United States?
Yes. It accepts AC 110-240 V and carries certification compatible with North America, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. Small screw-base bulbs are available for both 120 V and 230 V supply.
