The Ginger pendant light is 2.4 inches thin at its smallest — a flat woodgrain plane suspended on a single slim cord, with the light source hidden entirely beneath it. There is no visible bulb, no cage, no housing. From below you see a glowing edge; from across the room you see a floating line.
The integrated LED fires up into the underside of the disc and reflects back down, so the light arrives indirect and diffused. No hot spot, no glare in the eyes of anyone seated beneath it. This is what makes a disc pendant work over a dining table where people face each other.

Two finishes
Woodgrain gives the disc a warm grain that catches light across its face — it softens a room of hard surfaces and pairs naturally with oak and walnut furniture. Matt black makes the disc read as a graphic shape, a dark line against a light ceiling. Both share the same slim black cord and canopy.

Choosing a size
A general rule for a single pendant over a dining table: the fixture should be roughly one third to one half the width of the table. A 48-inch round table takes the 17.7"; a 72-inch rectangular table takes the 23.6". Over a kitchen island, either hang one 23.6" centered or run two to three 13.8" discs spaced 24 to 30 inches apart. Hang the bottom of the disc 30 to 34 inches above a tabletop, 30 to 36 inches above a counter.

Can the LED be replaced when it eventually fails?
The LED is integrated rather than user-replaceable, which is what allows the disc to be this thin. LED modules of this type are rated for many years of normal household use. Contact us about service if a unit ever fails.
Is it dimmable?
It is designed to run on a common wall switch. If you intend to put it on a dimmer, contact us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility for your specific installation — wiring an incompatible LED fixture to a dimmer can cause flicker or buzz.
What colors does it come in?
Two finishes: Woodgrain and Matt black. Both are available in all three sizes.
How thin is it?
Very. The smallest disc is only 2.4 inches tall, the middle size 3.5 inches, and the largest 4.7 inches. This is a low-profile fixture, which is why it suits rooms with standard eight-foot ceilings where a tall pendant would feel heavy.
How long is the cord?
150 cm / 59 inches, which covers standard 8 to 10 foot ceilings and can be shortened at installation. Longer cord is available on request for vaulted or double-height ceilings — contact us before ordering.
Will it work outside the United States?
Yes. It accepts AC 110-240 V and carries certification compatible with North America, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, so it can be installed on either a 120 V or a 230 V supply.
Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. It is rated for indoor use only and is not damp- or wet-rated. Keep it out of bathrooms with direct shower exposure and away from covered outdoor areas.
